For email campaigns (with the correct setup), here are the current KPIs.

Number of leads generated daily: Our goal is 1-2 leads per day (approximately 0.2% of emails sent).

Emails sent: 900 to 1,000 emails per day. (The number of emails sent may vary based on factors such as the volume of replies, bounces, or contacts in a waiting period within the follow-up sequence.) This number includes the follows sent to each contact. This is NOT 1000 fresh emails.

Delivery rate: At least 98%.

Response rate: At least 2%.

Bounce rate: Not more than 3%.

Opt-outs: No more than 3%. (We are not currently tracking opt-out rates.)

Data required to purchase/skiptrace: To send 1,000 emails per day for the month, we need at least 12,500 contacts (1000/day includes the follow ups, not fresh contacts)

We expect about 60% wash out from every list pulled.
So if you start with 1000 contacts skipped, you may end up with only 75% with emails. From there, they are run through a filter and cleaned up which removes another 35% estimated contacts. (you can always have a VA manually skip those contacts for emails).
